- Power
Steel held in the open, useful only if it is aimed.
Nature
Qi Sha is pressure applied from outside, met with nerve. It is the energy of deadlines, emergencies and competition. The Day Master either learns to channel it into decisive action or lives with its noise. This configuration tends to perform when the stakes are real.
Strengths
Decisiveness under pressure, tolerance for discomfort, and the instinct to act when others freeze.
Where it strains
Chronic stress and harshness toward yourself and others. Speed can become the only accepted pace.
Work and vocation
Surgery, law enforcement, crisis management, military, security and turnaround leadership.
Relationships
Protective and intense. Soften the delivery; the truth survives without the edge.
